Participants
The hair styling service will generally include shampoo and basic style. Please contact your selected salon or stylist for the exact details on the hair service included. If you would like any additional services like cutting, color, highlights or extensions, they will provide you with the rates and availability of those additional services, if any.
Yes, you select 2 of your favorite outfits. This can also be a great time to shop for just the right ensemble to set off your transformation.
Our professional make-up partners will give you just the right look to compliment your style and outfit. They can do as little or as much as you want to your liking, from casual every day, to full glam with lashes and all!
Yes, the day before / day of the fashion show, we will have a model coach to give you some pointers as they go through the brief fashion show rehearsal.
The magazine drops about 6 to 8 weeks after the event has concluded. They will be available for purchase on the Beauty WithN website, as well as from select hair & beauty partners and event sponsors. (Magazines purchased from the website will be mailed to you.)

Hair & Make-up Professionals
Benefits:
- Hair & Make-up Partners will be listed on our website as a participating service provider and be on various marketing materials for the event.
- Select participants will be featured in the Beauty WithN Fashion Show, showcasing your work live in front of hundreds of potential customers.
- Every participant you style will be featured in our Beauty WithN magazine, with you credited as the stylist or make-up artist
- Hair & beauty partners will also receive selected images of their styles for their portfolio, salon /business advertising, and social media marketing.
- Hair & beauty partners each receive 1 complimentary magazine!
Each registered salon group /stylist can style up to 10 participants. Make-up Artists can style up to 6 participants.
While some registered participants may want you to do an extravagant look, a ballpark area to consider for most of the participants would be “everyday glam”.
Hair partners confirm appointments with registered participants and should arrange to style their hair up to 2 days before the event. Make up partners will render make-up services on the event day and should expect to be at the phot shoot from 10 am to 4 pm. (Actual time may vary by event and number of participants.)
FAQ's for
Vendors & Sponsors
Each Pop-up Shop Vendor will be provided (1) 6-foot table, table sign, black tablecloth and 2 chairs. Registered vendors will be featured on the Beauty WithN website, magazine, and on all marketing material for the event. Vendors also receive a complimentary copy of the Beauty WithN magazine.
Pop-up Shop Vendors should prepare to expect an overall audience of at least 200-300 potential customers.
Pop-up Shop Vendors may be available during the participant photo shoot, 10 am- 4pm, and during the Fashion Show cocktail hour 6:30-7:30, and after the Fashion Show.
While Event Sponsor packages vary, every Event Sponsor will be featured on the Beauty WithN website, magazine, and on all marketing material for the event. Sponsors will also receive a complimentary copy of the Beauty WithN magazine. For specific Event Sponsor package details, contact us.
